I see you have discovered The Retail Owners Institute at http://www.retailowner.com. As you’ve discovered, there’s a treasure trove of good finanical info for retail owners. I just wanted to let you know that they have a new calculator - one that is Free. It’s the OTB Calculator, and many of your readers know that’s Open to Buy. It’s hosted online, and people can even access it from their iPhones. Just take a look under their calculator button. Registration is required but free. You may want to include it in your round-up of calculators.
