		<description>That is great advice!  Often times people do not put the effort into &quot;X&quot; activity, because they feel they got it covered.  I like your idea of just adding a little at a time, so that the time spent is not overwhelming, yet it should yield steady, positive results. Hmmm reminds me of the power of compound interesting...
