That’s pretty neat… did you use the text messaging service?
I forgot to thaw the turkey once but it was getting fried shortly afterward so it didn’t make that big of a deal…

No, I didnt use the text messaging, but it was close to needing to.
By the way, be careful deep fat frying frozen turkeys. Theyve been known to explode under the right conditions (hmm, maybe that should be “wrong conditions”)
