Emails have got in the way of great customer service I feel. It's so imperonal and when you consider it is so much more cost effective to retain existing customers than "buy" new ones it is so much better to call than email. Nice site BTW ! :-)

Awww Mark. You lobbed me a soft one with "what makes your phone ring?" Naturally, I would say toll free numbers for companies from VanityTollFreeNumbers will make your phone ring phone ring off the hook.

More on topic, though, I think a broad blend of mediums is the most appropriate way to get information from point A to points B through Z. People digest information differently and, while anything printed on paper these days seems to be obselete, I think a heck of a lot of people still put more faith in something they can hold and read, like a newsletter. Is it more costly? Yes, but as a mentor once told me years ago, "scared money don't make no money."
