It is nice but I just don’t see it as a hugely valuable tool for most situations. Blogs I think fit the bill much more effectively in many situations. And regular old web sites for many also.

In addition to my nonprofit work, I also own a geriatric care business. I am always looking for good resources to share, particularly on Alzheimers. I have found Twitter to be a great place to meet people and be able to start discussions - it makes people approachable. As Hildy Gottlieb talked about in recent blog post, we are interconnected!
