It is nice but I just don&#039;t see it as a hugely valuable tool for most situations.  Blogs I think fit the bill much more effectively in many situations.  And regular old web sites for many also.

I have found Twitter to be a great place to meet people and be able to start discussions - it makes people approachable.  As Hildy Gottlieb talked about in recent blog post, we are interconnected!</description>
