		<description>I enjoyed reading this one as well. More and more companies are realizing that we (consumers) value good customer service very highly and they are learning to accommodate that. But there are still even more businesses that have not yet made this realization or simply don&#039;t care. Those are the ones that are the most likely to lose customers as we shift to expecting great service all the time rather than just finding it a nice rarity when we get it. -Fujita</description>

We spend our time working with local small business owners and professional service firms equipping them to understand that there is no such thing as either an off-line or on-line business.

Reading the part about the old-school catalog makes me shutter as it should encourage local small biz owners to gain a competitive advantage.
