Increasing The Awesome

A simple thought really – and this guy verbalizes it with such enthusiasm.

How are you getting better every day? How is your staff getting better every day?

What are you doing to enable and encourage “increasing the awesome”?

  1. Thanks. He is exactly right about needing to do both. We have plenty of room to do both, also. I would say that we really do seem to me to do a better job of having a few people/project and organization do awesome. Far too many organization fail to avoid being lame drags making our days filled with annoying stuff that should not be bothering us except for bad jobs by those organizations.
