Thanks. He is exactly right about needing to do both. We have plenty of room to do both, also. I would say that we really do seem to me to do a better job of having a few people/project and organization do awesome. Far too many organization fail to avoid being lame drags making our days filled with annoying stuff that should not be bothering us except for bad jobs by those organizations.
